PLEASANT HILL CHAMBER PARTNERS -

Looking for an inexpensive way to promote your business, support a fellow chamber member, and
support a “buy local” campaign? Register your business to participate in The Pleasant Hill Chamber
Promotion Program.

This NEW program is a FREE benefit available to all Pleasant Hill Chamber Members. The chamber will
facilitate the program by maintaining a list of chamber businesses registered to participate. This list will
be updated and posted weekly in the chamber e-mail newsletter each Thursday. Chamber members
may select from the registered businesses and reach out via phone or email to develop a cross-
promotional marketing opportunity. You don’t have to worry about “cold calling” area businesses. The
businesses registered WANT to partner and should welcome your inquiry.

Cross-promotional opportunities may range from exchanging coupons to distribute to customers,
promoting special offers, announcing new programs, etc. Your options are limitless! Your business may
partner with one or several businesses at a time, for any agreed upon amount of time. The freedom and
creativity are yours for the taking.

This program is designed to help drive new business, increase repeat business, and support our “buy
local” campaign by highlighting the quality products and exceptional services our community offers.

Build valuable relationships, share ideas and resources and build your business! Join this effort today by
sending your business name, designated contact person, their email and phone contact information to
the Pleasant Hill Chamber office.


Steps to Success

Pleasant Hill Partners

1. Contact business you would like to partner with and set up an initial meeting.
2. During this meeting set up a time to be able to discuss your business with their staff.
3. Get a few goodie bag items together to take with you as handouts. You could even put together
a contest for the employee that discusses your business most.
4. Get bookmarks (coupon) and poster to other business.
5. Collect bookmark (coupon) and poster from other business for your location.
6. Review expectations with your staff to determine if there is a need for further review.
7. Once promotion period is over, schedule a follow-up meeting with other business to discuss the
success of your partnership.
