  in is Human Resource for 20 years overseeing the HR function for 10 of th
 ose years.  She has experience working in companies from 50 to 6\,000 empl
 oyees.  Those companies have included family-owned businesses\, private an
 d publicly traded companies\, as well as city and county government.  She 
 has held positions as HR Officer\, HR Director\, and Senior HR Director.  
 She has been a contributing member of the leadership and executive teams. 
   \n\nRonee has held her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) cer
 tification since 2003.  She has an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources
  graduating with a 4.0.   She is a certified coach through Coach Training 
 Alliance.  Ronee\, also\, has an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR from
  Cornell University and a Certificate in Organizational Analysis from Stan
 ford University.\n\nShe is the Marketing Director for the Iowa Chapter of 
 the International Coaching Federation\; she is the Co-vice Chair on a comm
 ittee for Women in Bio and is a volunteer for ISU’s Start-up Factory.
