Our Community
The city of Pleasant Hill, Iowa was incorporated May 12, 1956. At the conclusion of the 2024 special census, the population was 11,079 and we are 4th fastest growing city in the Des Moines Metro area.

Ribbon Cutting- Kading Properties
Join us in welcoming Kading Properties to PLeasant HIll. Kading Properties are bringin affordable housing to our community and hoping to get more involved in chamber activities. We will meet at 4 PM for a ribbon cutting and a tour of a home to follow.
