Our Community
The city of Pleasant Hill, Iowa was incorporated May 12, 1956. At the conclusion of the 2024 special census, the population was 11,079 and we are 4th fastest growing city in the Des Moines Metro area.

Guests are invited to enjoy a light breakfast while getting to know the PCA Real Estate Team and picking up valuable real estate tips. Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour our unique office—a beautifully renovated building dating back to the early 1900s. And of course, there will be plenty of time for networking with fellow attendees.
